Birth Certificate
A copy of the applicant's birth certificate or age declaration.
Passport Photograph
A recent, clear passport-sized photograph of the applicant.
Previous Results
The most recent report card or examination results.
Testimonial
A testimonial or transfer certificate from the previous school (where applicable).
General criteria
- Completed online application form
- Placement / entrance assessment (class dependent)
- Interaction session with the child and parents
- Payment of the non-refundable application fee
By entry level
Early Years (Nursery)
Minimum age of 2 years. Age declaration or birth certificate required.
Primary (P1–P6)
Placement assessment in English and Mathematics.
Junior Secondary (JSS)
Entrance examination and previous primary results.
Senior Secondary (SSS)
BECE result and entrance assessment; track selection at SSS1.
